This vinyasa based class will challenge your strength, balance and ability to focus your mind.
In this class we will use energizing breath work to create heat in the body from the inside.
This class is for everyone who is open to challenge their bodies and minds.
Like one of my teachers, Raghunath used to say:
“…asana is a tool to get people to higher things…we are part of something bigger , and we have to learn how to control our minds.”
Suitable for all levels, this dynamic yoga experience blends seamless pose transitions, breath awareness, and meditation. Explore strength, flexibility, and inner calm while receiving personalized guidance and modifications. Leave feeling rejuvenated, centered, and connected to your body and breath.

Raja Yoga, also known as Royal Yoga, is a traditional form of yoga that emphasizes the development of the mind and intellect. It is one of the oldest and most comprehensive paths of yoga, offering a systematic approach to self-realization and spiritual growth.

Raja Yoga, the Full Yoga Sadhana, consists of Patanjali’s Rich 8th Fold Path of Yoga: Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayama, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana, Samadhi.

In our Slow Flow Vinyasa class, we move slower and hold poses longer than in regular Vinyasa classes, providing the students with more room to breathe with awareness. The pace is more relaxed and meditative, helping the students calm body and mind while working on improving flexibility and strength. This class is perfect for beginners, as well as for those who are used to fast-paced yoga practice – they may find slowing movement challenging, eye-opening and refreshing. After the class, the students will feel recharged and rejuvenated.[/caption]

Do yoga

Yin Yoga is a slower-paced practice, which targets the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine. Each pose is held for an extended length of time (typically for 3 to 5 minutes) to reach for the deeper and usually less flexible tissues, allowing them to stretch, lengthen and strengthen in a gentle way. The practice also allows you to slow down and relax, helping you to reduce stress and anxiety. The regular practice of Yin Yoga will help you improve the range of motion and joint mobility, boost blood circulation, and reduce tension. Perfect for beginners and anyone who prefers a calm and more meditative practice.
Whether you are in beginner or advanced practice, we understand that each pose has countless variations and modifications. We can guide you through them safely and effectively to reach your full potential.
